  • Post remittance information to appropriate accounts
  • Prepare bank deposits from remittances on a daily basis
  • Receive and process credit card payments
  • Post to AR accounts
  • Answer client enquiries regarding invoices or other billing related questions; send information to clients as requested
  • Answer client enquiries regarding service issues; schedule appointments
  • Follow up/pursue delinquent accounts/collections
  • Perform functions related to maintaining customer files and records
  • Print and prepare work orders for service technicians
  • Coordinate customer information in regards to customer installation
  • Assist ‘walk-in’ customer as needed
  • Collaborate with other office staff to complete daily clerical duties
  • Confirm appointments with customers
  • Operate standard office equipment to include:
    • Computer/printer
    • Photocopy/fax machine
    • Calculator
    • Postage machine
    • Facsimile machine
    • Multiline telephone

Bottled Water Delivery Driver

Culligan International is one of the world’s most recognized leaders in water quality solutions. Delivering Culligan merchandise, such as Portable Exchange Tanks and Salt, efficiently and performing all duties in a professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities: “Additional Duties May be assigned!”

  1. Arrive to work on time and clock in and out at beginning and end of shift.
  2. Load delivery truck accurately so that all customers receive the correct products that they are expecting.
  3. Perform a daily safety check of Culligan vehicle that you will be operating.
  4. Safely operate Culligan delivery and service trucks in a lawful manner. 
  5. Conduct yourself professionally and treat all customers respectfully.
  6. Take proper notes and document any customer needs and/or changes made to accounts.
  7. Use an application on a company phone to keep a correct inventory on the truck you are operating and correctly charge customers for the merchandise that they receive and return.
  8. Employees must be able to complete delivery routes in a productive timely fashion, while meeting all of our customer’s needs.
  9. Unload delivery truck and reload the truck for the next day. 
  10. Organize all returned merchandise daily when returning from route.
  11. Clean the inside of your assigned delivery truck daily.
  12. Help clean plant, shed, office, and yard daily.
  13. Take delivery truck to the truck wash a minimum of once a month.
  14. Employees must work well as a team with other Culligan employees.
  15. Employees must work in the plant or warehouse when requested.
  16. At management’s request employees must be willing to work at any of our three Livermore, San Ramon, or Stockton locations.
  17. Employees must attend monthly safety meetings, quarterly food safety meetings, and mandatory staff meeting.
  18. Employees must be willing to complete all the above duties, if asked by management, before clocking out or finishing the shift.
  19. Dump Portable Exchange tanks
  20. Load and unload PE tanks safely on trucks
  21. Replace and repair hoses and culflo stems in field
  22. Operate plant equipment and maintain as needed
  23. Responsible for plant clean up inside and out
  24. Installs and services company products and/or systems efficiently according to service schedule.
  25. Utilizes related equipment and tools to install and service company products.
  26. Documents all pertinent installation and service work information completed on a daily basis.
  27. Basic vehicle maintenance
  28. Good driving record
  29. Employees must be able to conduct a correct count of any Culligan merchandise, by means of load lists, route books, and cell phone app.

Residential Sales Representative

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to achieve performance and financial objectives (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  • Analyze customer water composition
  • Design water treatment solutions
  • Create and make sales presentations
  • Build solid, lasting relationships with customers
  • Ability to generate leads; build up and maintain your territory. For every house given lead, sales representative should be acquiring a self-generated lead.
  • Contact regular and perspective clients
  • Answer questions regarding: products, prices, availability, product uses and financials
  • Perform administrative duties such as: sales/install reports, expense reports, sales charts
  • Self-motivated and enjoy solving complex problems

Service/Install Technician

Job Description

Summary: Responsible for the install and repair of company products in an efficient, professional manner by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Efficiently install, repair, and deliver all company products and/or equipment according to service schedule. This includes but not limited to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Products consist of Water Softener, Reverse Osmosis Systems, Filters (automatic and standard), Chemical Feeders, UV applications, Deionized Water tanks and systems.

Ability to diagnose and repair equipment and system problems.

Read prints and diagrams for installing equipment. Understand equipment manuals, and assist customers understand owner’s manuals. Understand product functionality and understand media capabilities, as well as their limits.

Perform physical activity to install and repair company products according to procedure such as bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, crawling into small areas, also carrying, pulling, pushing, lifting below waist, and over shoulders. Able to manage weight from 1 lb and above. Twisting, reaching, repeated hand, feet, waist action is needed.

Utilizes related equipment and tools to install and service company products. Piping, tubing, torches, and hand tools are frequently used.

Document all pertinent installation and service work information completed on a daily basis, by using the proper company procedures with paper work.

Qualifies service work for warranty coverage within company policy and in coordination with management.

Report all problems to supervisor in a timely manner. Including and not limited to all incidents, accidents, and be prepared to give a verbal and or written statement.
